A provocation on the issue of public space: the outdoor installation that became a symbol of our way to interpret the city.

Parallel to universally known signals, with Ethical Signals (1999) we produced and displayed different signs in Italy and even in Shanghai, with the purpose of stimulating, arousing and suggesting different ways of living public – i.e. everyone’s – space.
