After having found a new identity,
and having formed new spontaneous alliances, unforeseen before the POC 9,
after having pointed out the crucial intent of the talks, that is “trying to convince Russia”,
and having therefore danced kalinka kalinka in public,
as POC 9 member, delegates affirm they will hereafter commit themselves
in achieving a common global aim
which lies beyond the common understanding of governments as single Parties,
the last day delegates were asked to wear the Milan Protocol badge in which they declare the following:
“I devote myself as delegate at POC 9 to act as a member of a whole and not of a single Party”.
